CAREERS

At the Native Courtworker and Counselling Association of BC, we stand beside Indigenous people navigating the justice system — offering support, understanding, and hope.

WE’RE HIRING!

If you’re passionate about fairness, advocacy, and making a difference where it truly counts, this is your chance to be part of meaningful change.
Your compassion can change lives
Your voice can help others be heard. Your hand can help bring justice within reach.
This is more than a job
It’s a way to walk with communities, build trust, and help shape a better future.

A helping hand to justice begins with you.
